Greater Stonegate Village, an aging-in-place village, is a non-profit organization that offers a broad range of volunteer provided services enabling older Greater Stonegate residents to remain in their own homes, and neighbors to enjoy social connections across generations. Individuals and families residing in the Greater Stonegate area are welcome to join as either Family, Individual or Associate members.
 
Family Membership entitles all older adult household members and younger adult household members with acute or chronic medical needs to use all the services Greater Stonegate Village provides, to participate in social and educational programs, and to access service provider and community resource lists.  Membership begins on the 1st of the month after payment is received.  The annual cost is $350.

Individual Membership entitles older adult members who live alone to use all the services Greater Stonegate Village provides, to participate in social and educational programs, and to access service provider and community resource lists.  Membership begins on the 1st of the month after payment is received. The annual cost is $250.

Associate Membership, adults of any age, are entitled to participate in GSV social and educational programs and to access service provider and community resource lists.  The annual cost is $150 per household of which $75 is a tax deductible donation to GSV. 

Associate members will receive these benefits

• GSV newsletter mailed or emailed to you
• Access to a neighbor-recommended vetted list of businesses providing home maintenance, snow and leaf removal, plumbers, electricians, home health caregivers, and more
• Participation in member led groups (walking, discussion groups, lunches, and more)

Family and Individual Members will receive these volunteer provided services

• Transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, and more
• Assistance with shopping, picking up prescriptions.
• Vacation Watch: watching your home when you’re away.
• Friendly visits, including respite visits to provide relief breaks for caregivers.
• Telephone check-ins.
• Simple technical aid and advice for snafus with your smart phone, computer, and TV remote
• Household assistance such as changing smoke detector batteries and light bulbs, and taking out recycling bins.
• Access to information and resources for in-home care.
• The benefits that Associate members receive, as listed above
